So what exactly is this?

I am frequently asked what I actually eat as a vegetarian, so for all you non-vegetarians, here's the different diets:


Vegetarian: we eat fruits & veggies, tofu & beans, wheat & other grains, and eggs & dairy products


Pescetarian: we eat fruits & veggies, tofu & beans, wheat & other grains, eggs & dairy, and fish (the only thing not eaten is meat)


Vegan: we do not eat ANY animal products, this means no dairy, eggs, fish, and of course, no meat.
