Your supply of iron mainly comes in a form of meat, but there is also a lot of iron in spinach and beans. So eat up! if you don't get enough iron you could become anemic which causes an irregular heart beat and can make you tired. Personally, i have enough trouble getting up in the morning.


Popeye needs spinach for strength... and so do you!
