Easy Veggy Rice Pilaf

This is an easy meal that my whole meat eating family enjoyed:

Time needed
: 45 minutes

Ingredients:


1 Box of Near East rice pilaf (garlic & herb mix)
sun dried tomatoes
feta cheese
fresh basil

What to do:

Follow instructions on Near east box to cook rice pilaf

chop up the sun dried tomatoes and the fresh basil

Mix sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and the basil with the rice pilaf
